Specialty Restaurant Group, LLC owns and operates three well-positioned restaurant concepts with over 35 restaurants primarily located in the Eastern United States: The American Cafe, Silver Spoon Café and L&N Seafood Grill.

Specialty Restaurant Group, LLC was formed on November 20, 2000 when a group of internal investors purchased the three concepts from Ruby Tuesday, Inc.

The American Cafe serves up the Tastes of America offering guests unique recipes gathered from all across the country. Some of our guests' favorites include our signature Smoked Chicken Pasta Pie, Texas-sized BBQ Ribs, Fettuccine New Orleans and French Quarter Salmon.
We serve it up in an atmosphere that’s contemporary, fun and casual. We opened our first restaurant back in 1984, in Knoxville, Tennessee. That store is still one of our most successful locations today!

Silver Spoon Café

At the Silver Spoon Café, guests can count on a hefty portion of our Sterling Silver Service alongside delicious, flavorful dishes. Enjoy today's fresh seafood catch, a juicy grilled ribeye or for the lighter appetite, our Turkey Cobb Salad. Our atmosphere boasts a crisp and clean, upscale casual feel, where anyone and everyone can feel welcome. Join family, friends or coworkers for an enjoyable outing at Silver Spoon Café - open for lunch and dinner everyday!

L& N Seafood Grill also got it’s start in Knoxville, Tennessee back in 1982. The original location opened up during the World's Fair in an old L&N Railroad station. L& N features delicious seafood entrees including Maryland Style Crab Cakes, the Fried Fisherman’s Platter and Fish ‘n Chips. But one of the most treasured items at L&N is those fresh, warm biscuits served to every table. They practically melt in your mouth.
