SILVER SPOON – THE AMERICAN CAFÉ RETURNS TO ITS KNOXVILLE ROOTS.

KNOXVILLE, TN – Silver Spoon – The American Café, the popular restaurant specializing in regional favorites from all over the country, announced today its plans to open a new location in the Farragut-West Knoxville area in early December.

Knoxville was the site of the very first Silver spoon, which opened in 1984. By serving up great food using only the freshest ingredients, the Silver Spoon became a Knoxville institution. That restaurant, at the Gallery Shopping Center near West Town Mall, continues to be a popular destination for Knoxville diners. The new location, 11400 Kingston Pike in Farragut at the site of the former Ruby Tuesday restaurant, will be Knoxville area’s second Silver Spoon The American Café.
